Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the Nori Pet store or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
- Who we are. Nori Pet is an online store based in Hong Kong. Contact: noricheung88@gmail.com.
- Products. We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours and sizes may vary slightly from photos. Pet toys should be used under supervision and replaced when worn.
- Prices and payment. Prices are in Hong Kong dollars and may be shown in your currency at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order you have already placed. We can cancel an order and refund it in full if a price or stock error was made.
- Orders. An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order we suspect is fraudulent.
- Shipping and refunds. Our Shipping policy and Refund policy are part of these terms.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
- Privacy. We handle your information as described in our Privacy policy.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
