Where we ship. United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
Where orders ship from. Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China. Every order has tracking.
Processing time. 1 to 3 business days to pack your order before it ships.
Delivery time after dispatch.
- United States: 5 to 14 days
- Canada: 4 to 15 days
- Australia: 5 to 14 days
- New Zealand: 4 to 10 days
- Singapore: 5 to 10 days
- Malaysia: 4 to 13 days
- Hong Kong: 4 to 8 days
These are estimates from our carriers. Delays can happen at customs or during peak seasons.
Shipping cost. HK$39 per order (HK$26 within Hong Kong), and free on orders of HK$390 or more everywhere we ship. Checkout shows the price in your currency.
Multiple items. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.
Customs, duties and taxes. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country on delivery are paid by the recipient. Where tax is collected at checkout, it is shown before you pay.
Address problems. Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it for the cost of shipping.
Tracking. We email your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show the first update.
