Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item. Email us at noricheung88@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. You do not need to send the item back.

Changed your mind. You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we will send you the return address. Return postage is paid by you. Once the item arrives we refund the item price. The original shipping charge is not refunded.

Order not arrived. If your order has not arrived 30 days after the latest delivery date in our Shipping policy, contact us and we will reship it or refund it in full.

How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cancellations. You can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible.
